When you create an account, you may authenticate using Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the devices used to access the Services.

7. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We may also retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND FEATURES

The Services may contain links, banners, or widgets to third-party sites, apps, services, and plug-ins. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

11. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California's "Shine the Light" law gives California residents the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

12. NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS

Certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration. We do not engage in such activity.
